Economy is bad ! most of the companies are having retrenchment. Just received a news from my head manager that one of my best collegues got dismissed !! from my point of view,i feel that this decision wasnt fair to her. what wrongs with getting MC when it's an entittlement for us of having it? Wads wrong with getting urgent leave?when she does have her valid reason behind her?
